What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, please be patient—sometimes carriers experience delays. If it’s been more than 10 business days with no updates, contact us at support@personalfears.com, and we’ll assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (excludes final sale items). Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
What if my jewelry doesn’t fit?
No worries! If your ring, bracelet, or necklace doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size. Just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll replace it.
Do you accept order cancellations?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are already in processing and cannot be changed.
